The law of evolution of NationsI was reading a book recently about the journey of Christ to India. There his name is Issa. The story was quite interesting and they revere Jesus there as the greatest prophet. It was written in the late 1800s. What struck me was the ending of the story and just as a footnote he added... "When a Nation has reached the apogee of its military glory and its wealth, it begins at once to sink more and lss rapidly on the declivity of moral degernation and decay. The Israelites having first experience this law of the evolution of Nations and neighboring people profited by the decadance of the then effemanate and debauched decendance of Jacob, to despoil them." We look unto the America's. Gay Military, drugs and alcohol abuse, growing interest in the Occult, new agers, decline of christianity, decline of education, social services, decay of the family. Corruption in the government, unity dissolved, A distraction toward a global push for goods and services, wars, huge influx of Immigration from neighboring countries..such as Mexico and all others. A world where christianity is out and Islam is IN. By 2015 to 2020 nearly the entire world will be converted to Islam. After 9/11 thousands converted from around the world. This book was the first book I have ever read about Jesus in India. He did stay there from the time of perhaps 13 to 29. Learning the sanscrits and from great teachers and from there he became a great teacher. However, everywhere he went the Priests were going to kill him. For he shamed the Priests for their class system and their robbing of the poor. The people were taught that there is only ONE God, and no other. So he wasnt popular there by priests, but beloved by the slaves. He returned to Israel to be executed, as God's Will be done. The book was found on my kindle, "the life of Jesus Christ" by Novotnich sp? Polarizations dominance in politics effect?I read this story with interest regarding one leader in N.C. and am guessing that each leader is feeling great stress at this time. Read below. It is also an example how this is destroying our democracy. These students were mistaken for the professional media. I use that term lightly...professional. North Carolina congressman Bob Etheridge has a potentially devastating controversy on his hands, as a video of him losing his temper with two young men on the street has gone viral. Etheridge, a Democrat, was approached by two camera-wielding men and asked if he “fully supports the Obama agenda.” He reacted to their approaches angrily, demanding “Who are you?” over and over, finally knocking the camera down and grabbing one of the men by the arm and neck. The two questioners would only answer, “All we are is students.” Etheridge has released an apology, saying, "I deeply and profoundly regret my reaction and I apologize to all involved." Many are not satisfied, calling on the congressman to be charged with assault. "Bob Etheridge has lost it," a spokesman for the National Republican Congressional Committee said today. THE ROLE OF THE COAST GUARD IN A CRISISThe general said the Department of Defense has received funding for the cleanup (BP will eventually be footing this bill according to the law) and there is very strict accounting for mandays and orders were fublur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" title="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_at40W9D7dOI/S_wi2lYpATI/AAAAAAAAAlA/dAQXFXUJZv4/s1600/National+Guard+in+Gulf.jpg"> nded before being placed in effect (“cut” in military slang).Due to the Gulf Coast states experience with hurricanes they have a good plan for duties in response to the six month plan being developed by the Unified Area Command headed by the US Coast Guard. They also have compacts (agreements) in place between the Guard units in the Gulf area to support each other as needed. Alabama has not seen the damaging impact (their coast is different than Louisiana and farther from the spill). They have seen tar balls but no oil sheen. The general said they were still in the prevention and protection mode versus clean up after a disaster. The state has 4,000 trained volunteers to assist with clean up and the general was clear that his role and the Guard’s role was to support the citizens of Alabama. Thank you sir, for taking the time to talk to me and explaining how the Alabama National Guard was responding to this crisis! If you would like to see more about the Alabama National Guard please go their website here Obama's response to the catastrophe
That is why, from the beginning, we have worked to deploy every tool at our disposal to respond to this crisis. Today, there are more than 20,000 people working around the clock to contain and clean up this spill. I have authorized 17,500 National Guard troops to participate in the response. More than 1,900 vessels are aiding in the containment and cleanup effort. We have convened hundreds of top scientists and engineers from around the world. This is the largest response to an environmental disaster of this kind in the history of our country. In Revelations it says the water will turn to bloodThe calamities of the year 2009 to 2010, have been the result of no rules, no regulations and no commandments. The species of man is desicrating the human spirit within. Humiliating circumstances are near-- irriparable damage to our Nation. The economy, banking practices, the ways of wall street running amuck without rules or regard for moderation. It seems that greed has wormed its way into every corner of our society. The results are disaster. When our country was on the verge of collapse, the Presidents stepped in to try to save it. However, the mind set of the people was let it burn, government stay out. Through out this fiasco, the government indeed had to seize the day in order to try to salvage our dignity. Still the wheels of big business were ramming the system of checks and balances with more arrogant moves to take the money and run. The American people did not rally with the President but instead, felt sorry for themselves and patting big business and saying "yes" we want you to create jobs not the government!" We aren't Socialist. Americans were ignoring right and wrong and voted from their purse. American citizens were buying on deficits of their own make and model...and continue to do so. They are just as guilty as Fanny Mae...for its stealing. Thats ok with them... I must wonder when our America will finally rationalize that we need checks and balances within our own lives, and in our Nation. When will so called christians realize that you are not dependant on big business to live well. The problems we have are indeed what we created ourselves, by NOT following the rules given us by intelligent men of the ages, and God's own commandments: Thou shalt not steal. Thou shalt not kill and all the many rules. What is happening right now, in the Gulf is indeed, a wake up call to come back to our senses. We do not need to live luxurious lives, nor do we need to be dependant on big business. When we depend on some-thing so dearly - God will destroy it. What we see here is total destruction of the South. Jobs, Beaches, Wildlife, Fishing, Plants, and lives of people...the most precious thing we have to live -is water. If you would destroy all that for money? Then, you shall see total destruction of our Nation. America, a democracy today or a republic? Whats the difference?I found a good article regarding this statement as many of us, get confused about its origins and what it means. So I will try to share this with you. America: Republic or Democracy?
by William P. Meyers
Lately, from politicians, radio-talk show hosts, and other commentators, we have heard that we should forget about democracy, because the U.S.A. is a republic. But some questions are being posed by democracy advocates: What is a republic? What is a democracy? Should the United States be a mere republic, or a genuine democracy? Republicans and other democracy detractors point to the U.S. Constitution and bits of history, and say, "See, the Founding Fathers who wrote the Constitution gave us a Republic. They believed democracies were dangerous and unworkable." On that, they are partly right, but they fail to mention that democracies and republics overlap. They are not opposites. And they fail to account for the history of American government since 1788, much less the debates that took place in America prior to 1788, when the U.S. Constitution was substituted for the Articles of Confederation. Democracy means rule of the people. The two most common forms of democracy are direct democracy and representative democracy. In direct democracy everyone takes part in making a decision, as in a town meeting or a referendum. The specific rules may vary: perhaps everyone must agree, perhaps there must be consensus, perhaps a mere majority is required to make a decision. The other, better known form of democracy is a representative democracy. People elect representative to make decisions or laws. Again, specifics vary greatly. And, surprise, a representative democracy is a kind of republic. What distinguishes a republic is that it has an elected government. Representative democracies are, therefor, a kind of republic. Self-appointed governments such as monarchies, dictatorships, oligarchies, theocracies and juntas are not republics. However, this still allows for a wide spectrum. The classic is the Roman Republic, in which only a tiny percentage of citizens, members of the nobility, were allowed to vote for the Senators, who made the laws and also acted as Rome's supreme court. Most people would say that Rome was a Republic, but not a democracy, since it was very close to being an oligarchy, rule by the few. Although the Roman Republic was not a dictatorship (until Augustus Caesar grabbed power), it did not allow for rule of the people. In both theory and practice the Soviet Union, that late evil empire, was a republic (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) because the lawmakers were elected, if only by the Communist Party members. Beginning with the Constitution's adoption, America has been a Republic. But the dominant trend over the last two centuries has been to make it into a democracy as well, a representative democracy, also know as a democratic republic. True, the creation of the Constitution itself was partly a reaction against democracy. In states like Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts, the situation was getting way too democratic for the monied aristocracy that had, since the American Revolution, refused to share power with ordinary men. The causes of the American Revolution were many, but for the monied class there were three principal aims. They sought self-government: that is, they sought to rule the colonies themselves, to further their own interests. They sought to protect the institution of slavery, which had been endangered by Lord Mansfield's ruling against it in the Sommersett case of 1772. And land speculators like George Washington sought to seize more Native American Indian land, which the British had outlawed. But to win the American Revolution this predatory elite needed help. Their own rhetoric about freedom and equality led to widespread demands for the right to vote: universal suffrage. In other words, the people began demanding democracy. Even the slaves (white and black alike) demanded to be freed and allowed to vote. After the British were defeated a centralized, national government was seen by George Washington and company not as a method of extending freedom and the right to vote, but as a way of keeping control in the hands of rich. They wrote several anti-democratic provisions into the U.S. Constitution. Slavery was institutionalized. The Senate was not to be elected directly by the people; rather Senators were to be appointed by state legislatures. The President was not to be directly elected by the voters, but elected through an electoral college. The Supreme Court was to be appointed. Only the House of Representatives was elected directly. More important to our democracy-versus-republic debate, the U.S. Constitution left the question of who could vote in elections to each individual state. In most states only white men who owned a certain amount of property could vote. So, on the whole, the first federal government that met in 1789 was a republic with only a fig-leaf of democratic representation. This is what today's commentators mean when they say America is a republic, not a democracy. Fortunately (for the democrats), the early federal government was not very powerful. In state after state it became easier for white males to qualify to vote. And slowly, decade after decade, our republic became a democratic republic. At the national level the major steps toward democracy can be marked by amendments to the U.S. Constitution. The Bill of Rights guaranteed limits to the power of the federal government. The Thirteenth Amendment abolished slavery. The Fourteenth Amendment effectively extended the vote to all adult male citizens, including ex-slaves, by penalizing states that did not allow for universal male suffrage. The Fifteenth Amendment explicitly gave the right to vote to former slaves. After the Supreme Court ruled that the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments did not extend suffrage to women, a vigorous campaign for the vote was launched by women, who received the vote through the Nineteenth Amendment in 1920. But the main Amendment that tipped the scales from the national government of the United States being a mere republic to being a true representative democracy was the often-overlooked Seventeenth Amendment, which took effect in 1913. Since 1913 the U.S. Senate has been elected directly by the voters, rather than being appointed by the state legislatures. That makes the national government democratic in form, as well as being a republic. There will always be anti-democratic forces in any society. The most blatantly undemocratic feature of U.S. government in the 20th century was the unconstitutional but systematic disenfranchisement of African-American and other non-white citizens. This came to an end in the 1950's and 1960's with a series of Supreme Court decisions against segregation laws, the passage of Civil Rights Acts, and the passage of the Twenty-Fourth Amendment outlawing poll taxes. We even lowered the voting age to 18 with the Twenty-Sixth Amendment in 1971. There are no longer any voter-qualification impediments to democracy in the United States. But many have noted that the will of the people has tended not to prevail, and that a majority of people eligible to vote are so discouraged that they do not vote. The main reason for this is the buying and selling of elections and politicians by the wealthier class of citizens and their special interest groups. A year or more before elections take place, the winner is decided by those who vote with dollars. But this is a defect in democracy, not a reason to abandon it. The answer is to cure the defect, not to attempt to destroy our representative democracy.
February 19, 2002 See also: Democracy or Republic: Ron Paul Taken Apart My mood: a bit amused I am disappointed in my fellow manYesterday, I was at the church, and overheard the priest and my fellow friends bashing our President. I was so disappointed to hear them call him a jerk, that I was shocked. I hardly know these people, and thats the truth. Both are new to me. They were saying that they promised no abortion in the new healthcare and then did it anyway...liars and cheats! Where do they get their information? So I went to the computer and there was a letter from my Senator answering my question. Was Abortion part of the deal I asked him. He said to go to my site. I did. There is a letter there to all saying, that he is pro life. He said that the new healthcare bill will not allow ELECTIVE ABORTIONS to be included. The rules of abortion remain the same as they have always been in your state. No insurance company may allow them. Where are people getting their information? The Radio? Rush Limbaugh? That man can tell you anything he wants to tell you, and its the truth to you? So much hatred that you cannot believe even your own Senators or Congressman? You see, the speech of the many on radio is so divisive, so outragious, so disrespectful and damaging. It is unravelling the very trust we have in our leaders, our parties, and now our family and friends...YES even there. Im getting hate mail from my ONE family and ONE friend now. People you need to start acting in a civil manner and learn to respect each other and different views. Im shocked at the behaviors of people. Discusted. READ the top news today regarding Militia groups targeting all our governors and our leaders, police etc. They have united to destroy the gov. YOU SAY ...WE DIDNT DO THAT. ITS NOT US? I HAVE EARLY POSTS REGARDING WHERE THIS KIND OF HATE TALK WILL TAKE US. AND SO ITS NO SURPRISE. GOOD BYE DEMOCRACY. The danger becomes ever so real, when your beloved Rush is going on and on with his irrisponsible news without facts...and some idiot out there working in a nuclear plant decides TO HELL WITH IT...LETS JUST END IT. Why would such a thing happen? Because the Rush doesnt think that the rules of ettiquete apply, he can just do whatever he wants, and say whatever he wants - and when sh... hits the fan. He leaves. My friend you are left with the damage when some crazy decides this great country is going to hell...as Rush would have them believe. It isnt. But its real enough to some Joe working the buttons. YES I am very upset today. This talking head has riled up people with lies and more lies to distort the reality. That makes me really upset. How about that. Denmark ,well done.I saw an interesting show on Oprah. It was a picture of the life of woman around the world. I think it was a rerun. However I thought that the woman of Denmark had it great. They have high taxes at 15%, but they say they get alot of bang for their bucks. First, education to college is free. So all woman choose a career based not on money but talents. If you lose your job, the gov pays you for four years if necessary. No one is homeless. Woman, are happier. All child care is cheap. So working is a plus and no worries. They work 9 to 5 and the family dinner is manditory in their minds. I did not see TV's in their homes. They said that they concentrate on one another and have fun. They are very happy. Most woman, marry only because they have found their 'friend' and 'lover'. So if they get sick, healthcare is free. They said they don't think of it as Socalized gov but a CIVILIZED GOV. They seem to have said that keeping people happy and healthy is the true measure of happiness. Taking care of each other. They can park their children outside for a nap, and not worry about child molestors or baby snatchers because we take care of each other. The home has no 'stuff' because they dont have time to clutter their homes with stuff...they would rather spend time with each other having fun. I dont know, it sounds like a heaven on earth to me. I have always believed that America should have everything given to them, education, healthcare, and elderly care all free. With our society as it is, they have this mentality that everyone should pay for it, thereby enslaving the tax payer to support corporate America? Its not working. We have ended up with Poor and Rich. They have equality amoung all. No one seems unhappy. Yet we are. There are too many Americans having to choose no health, so they dont go bankrupt. Something is terribly wrong with our society when we can spit on people because they aren't educated, because they are not insured, because they are out of work. We really need to change this. Imagine being married because you want to be married not because you have to be married. Imagine working at a job because you love it, and want to be there. Thats a luxury. Well, it sure gave me room to pause at an ideal life I have always thought possible...just not here.
My mood: a bit calm Our first Blizzard in 78I remember I was coming home from work in my 1968 plymouth. Listening to the radio, it was a cold grey day. There was a break in the music and the weather man said that a blizzard was on the way. He said, it should be here within the hour. I thought to myself, this sounds bad. I have never seen a blizzard. I got home and my husband was getting ready to leave for the grocery store. I got out of my car and he got in. He did not get five miles and the snow was already blinding. The store shelves were near empty he said. He got what he could and sped home the ten miles sliding as the snow was packing quick. We got the kids home from school already. Then we watched the weather from the windows. The temps were dropping and the winds were picking up. The snow was coming down so hard we could not see outside. The house we were renting was old. The walls were thin, and the foundations were breezy anyway. I wondered if it would hold up. By the next morning, the snow was up against the door handles. Drifts were ten feet high and you could not see anything but white, and it was still coming down! Snow and more snow. We could not go outside. The wcf was -5 and the winds were awful. Three days later the snow stopped. Our roads were ten feet drifts for a mile. The National Guard came two days later. It took two giant trucks to smash into the drifts. The roads everywhere were so heavy with snow, they were tunnels. They said that I 70 was one big sheet of ice after a week. I worked in a hospital, they had patients but very little help. No one could get in. Whoever was left, had the shifts for a week. Awful. We ate jelly and peanut butter sandwiches for lunches. Trying to keep our food supplies from drying up. The walls of our old rental were iced up on the inside. We wore coats inside the house, kept blankets on the couch for the kids. They were amused an scared too. We all were afraid. People who ventured out there usually didnt make it back inside. You could get lost when the snows were coming down. We were finally able to get out of the house after a full week. That was pretty bad though. So, I guess I am saying that if the weatherman tells you a blizzard is coming, believe me you have to get ready quick by stocking up. I felt really bad for the seniors and the animals out there. Our power remained on, but if I remember there were some without power and some people froze to death. Mainly the elderly. Not too many, maybe about two people died. One old woman ventured outside and froze to death trying to get back in. This winter is already a bad one. But no call for blizzards ...yet. For those of you in the cities, and you never saw a blizzard? I hope this post helps you. It is basically a hurricane only its snow and ice and winds that are unreal. Happy New Year everyone. My mood: a bit okay Who is the Anti Christ?John Chapter 4 And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of Anti Christ, where for yet have heard that it should come: And now already is IT in the world. They are of the world, therefor speak they of the world heareth them. We of God: he that knoweth God heareth us. If not of God heareth not us. He that loveth not, knoweth not God for God is love. PS Dont shoot the messenger. This is what the famous apostle John said. What the end of the current civilazation will look like..(Hennoch Prophesy)I have been reading the many prophesies around the world. I looked into the Hennoch. It seems to be as close to what I imagine in my mind. Its quite a mess. So I will post what I read. I will do that in a moment, but I would like to explain before beginning that I am not authorised to give exact indication of years in an official manner. HEADLINES 2009 Nov. 9) -- A new robot may soon become a lifesaver to beleaguered infantry troops in Afghanistan. It's called a Small Unmanned Ground Vehicle, or SUGV, and unlike the thousands of robots already sent to war to fight their own fights, this one will actually work on the front line to make "first contact" with the enemy.
When I encountered Gods LoveOnce, when God poured his love on me. I imagined later that if I could visualize this, it was like sparkling diamonds and bright white or clear liquid if I could paint Gods love. I know we think of love in terms of red or pink...not so with this feeling. If I could touch God, it was like the softest mink all white and snuggly. If I could taste Gods love? It might have been the sweetest white wine and a little bubbly. If I could smell him, it might have had the aroma of a whiff of fresh air from a warm rain on a crisp spring morn...in the meadow, surrounded by pines. Yes, my senses feel that is what Gods love was like, only I cannot begin to describe it, thats the best I can do with what my own experiences have been. Most delicious, and infinate love which I know goes forever. It has no beginning or end. His love is measureless. My mood: a bit pleased I read current prophets messagesThere is currently several prophets from around the world. There is one in India her nae Vassula. Below is her prophesy before 9-11 As for those who have not yet received My visitation, many torments await them, the Day of the Lord will come upon them too, and what a day that will be! I shall be swift to show My Mercy, provided you repent... I will show My Mercy and gather all of you from everywhere under heaven; but before that, I, the Author of this Love Hymn tell you, unless the world in its wickedness turns to Me, repenting, rendering love for evil, what can happen to you all will outline all historical records of purification! There is no fervent repentance, no real compunction... the nations are in uproar, and their achievements are the measure of their godlessness... all the earth will suffer unless I hear a true cry of repentance; ah, and those who stand up on platforms proclaiming peace and how, and in which way one has to establish peace among themselves, when these very ones are transgressing My commandments and are at war with Me, how do they expect in their right mind to bring peace? (September 30, 2002). On the 11th September 2001 the world was scarred with the fall of the two towers, taking away so many lives, among them many innocent people. Horrific apocalyptic scenes were shown to the world, and despite this horror that came upon us, instead of truly turning to God and repenting, the world became worse than before and was set for war. Instead of understanding that this happened because of our own faults, sins, guilt, apostasy and the world's rejection of God, we continued to listen to Satan and go on his way rather than the way God was showing us. On the 24th December 1991, on the eve of Christ's birth this message was given to us by Christ who was very offended: "I come today and offer all mankind My Peace, but very few listen. Today I come with peace-terms and a message of Love, but the peace I am offering is blasphemed by the earth, and the Love I am giving them is mocked and jeered in this Eve of My Birth. Mankind is celebrating these days without My Holy Name. My Holy Name has been abolished and they take the day of My Birth as a great holiday of leisure, worshipping idols. Satan has entered into the hearts of My children, finding them weak and asleep. I have warned the world..."(December 24, 1991) Christ is showing us that He is offended when we celebrate Christmas by gathering our family without remembering the real cause; Christ's Birth. There are so many that are lost today. Those we love, cannot find God anymore and are immersed in the world of materialism, vanity, lusts, jealousy, scorn for the living God. We can only pray for the world. God is angry with our abortions, our desires for drink, good times, rather than true rependtance and treating his Sabboth as a Holy day. I have found a number of prophets and I continue to read them. It speaks the same message given to me. Repent and pray.

I was going through alot of changes. Going through a mid life crisis I suppose. Worried about my life, my family, my marriage. It was a terrible time. Sometimes, I think we worry so much about our own selves we get tunnel vision. We forget the feelings of others, what they are going through. We forget also the bigger picture such as the problems in the world. Im sure that has happened to everyone at one time or another. So here I was in my own silly world, fretting about my simple life and causing myself terrible anxiety. I got this frantic need to know what would happen to me, tomorrow and future. One night, I had a dream. I walked into this small room, there was a man there with a bald head and skinny, he was sitting crossed legged on the floor. I sat down too. He wore a white tunic. It was kind of hazy looking. His facial structure was long, narrow face, small lips, his eyes were brown i think. He said "Why must you know the future?" I said I really dont know, I just want to know. He just stared at me like I was strange. He said nothing. End of dream. The next day I woke up to have my coffee. I grabbed a lot of paper, and pen. I had this strong urge to write, but I had no idea why. I began writing from the sound of a voice. A faint far off voice was dictating. He first went into my marriage. Then, he said that love was happenstance at times in our relationship and many men foil a good relationship...basically he said roll with it. It happens. He said, that the world is in such need of greater attention. That the United States which has been given so much has wrought upon itself chastizements which will come soon. He said the creator is very upset about abortions, about immorality, violence, so many atrocities in a free country that we have filled the cup and it threatens to overflow against us. He said that the one particular sin God hates more than anything is the enormous amounts of abortions. Little souls that were supposed to be born an did not have the chance. They are filling up the heavens. this has Gods attention more than all the rest. He said, that soon all those deaths will ring in the response of the natural order, in the form of a violent response against humanity. He said, He that has more, requires of itself greater responsibility. America must be accountable. Balance must be restored. If you want to know what to do, then Pray for your country. Pray for an end to abortions. If this continues, there will be consequences. In the following years, of 1990 to 2009 - very much happened to us. Abortions increased. The first wave of troubles came in the gulf war, nine eleven, iraq war, katrina, tornado's and horrific winters. I dont know if that was a real angel or not. But what he said was true.
LIKING AND LOVING and LONLINESS..from a book I once read. There is a world of difference between liking and loving. Liking is in the emotion, liking is not subject completely to our control, but love can be commanded. Liking is a reaction, like a hiccup! Loving is a decision or a reslutuion. We cannot like everyone, but we can love everyone. lONELINESS No one is lonely except he who is self centered and who cuts himself off from communion with his fellow man. The basic cause of loneliness is the excessive desire to be loved. For this creates an atmosphere of lovelessness. The more we seek to be loved, the less we are loved. The less we are loved the less lovable we become. The less capable we become of loving anyone else. Like a bird caught in a net, we deepen our tragedy. The more intense the love, the less we think of a scarfice involved to secure what we love. The measure of our love for anything is the amount of pain we are willing to suffer to gain the object loved, or to avoid what is offensive and wrong. Love may be defined as a mutual self giving and self out pouring which ends in self recovery. Love, I say forgives everything except one thing and that the refusal to love. Love by its vry nature is not selfish, but generous. It seeks not its own but the good of others. The measure of love is not the pleasure it gives, that is the way the world judges it, but the joy and peace it can purchase for others. Love always cmes as an underserved gift. Possession without desire is a tragic outcome. Egotism comes into play. ---------------Love is a choice. is the name of the book Comment We ask ourselves what is our love all about? How do we command our selves to love the unlovable? We challenge ourselves daily to so love the world as God loves us. I read over and over that the more intense the love, the less we think of a sacrifice involved to secure what we love. We do this with our children, our bosses sometimes, and our friends. our lovers, and spouses...and Christ, if we choose to love. Love love love...I guess its a choice, so my friends we contemplate this thing called love.
My mood: a bit cheerful Amazing to me.Whenever I am a bit down, I pray. It seems when I do this, all the needs I have are right at my feet. Thank you Lord. Some folks just pray when they need something. I pray every day and so its become a great friendship. I needed that so much. When I see beauty I know who created it and I feeel good. It is just knowing Im not ever alone in my thoughts. Its all good. I dont understand people who do really bad things and how can one go through life that way, pretty dark if you ask me. Thank you for the friends you have brought into my life. SM
When loved ones come to visit who have passed on.It was odd the way it started. I live so far away from "home" that I find it so intriguing that I am the one they visit. Perhaps because it doesnt scare me at all. When Mother passed away she left behind her slightly slow sister she worried sick about all the time. When her sister got sick, Mother came to me in a dream. She was frantic. jumping up and down crying "She is infected" I called home and discovered that she fell and was in the hospital. They released her but she was so unable to care for herself. Why did they do that? awful. She was readmitted by the insistance of family. Apparently my aunt told the nurses she didnt have any family. She died very soon after that and it was sad. My Aunt came to me in a dream. She was dressed exactly how she was at the funeral. Only I didnt go. The sisters told me later after the dream. She was sitting on my Moms couch and my aunt sat next to me on the other side. The one aunt was furious because she said "What am I gay now" I said WHat are you mad about? I learned that my sister had put my Moms sister in my other aunts grave by mistake. So we had to make new arrangements an they had to pay for a new site. Which wasnt fair because the original grave was her own already paid for. Luck would have it she was cremated. My cousin called the house the next day and she was really mad about her Moms grave being occupied. I told her I already know..she told me. Apparently my Aunt told my cousin that I am the one to go to for problems. Anyhow, it was all taken care of properly and may she rest in peace. My Dad comes to visit me at night and sits on my bed. He does so whenever he is worried about me. I think they both come at times just to comfort me when we are upset. Its nice to know. My Grandmother once came to me. I was in her new digs in heaven. We sat down to coffee and cookies. She told me I saw your new baby boy. While he is cute, your not feeding him properly with vegies. I said he hates them. She said lay off the sweets. I told her I would try to cut down. It was strange the way she just glowed wth this yellow hugh. So happy. She was always sweet but firm. I liked her very much. I have lived in the boonies for years, and enjoy alot of silence with nature. Maybe, I am just open to the other side, because i dont always have the world in my face anymore. I dont know. Time for bed.
Pregnancy of lifeThere is alot of talk about abortions, the pill, the morning after pill. When I was growing up, a young girl next door at the age of 14 havin her first child. Mom and Dad there to help for awhile. It was very very hard on her. She was bright, articulate an a strong math student. I felt so bad for her. She got married and divorced by the time she was 16. At age 20 she remarried and had a son, but her husband beat her. She divorced. Years later after she built up a huge career without a high school education, she had remarried again. This time, it was a good marriage. They now have four children. All of these kids are executives and engineers. They are doing super, thanks to her strong parental skills and the character to hang in there even after her Dad committed suicide..through no fault of her own. Life is a trough of misery. Be couragious. My two sisters got married young, married and divorced too. The youngest is blind and could not support herself. She and her husband were alcoholics. Her husband left her in the middle of her second pregnancy. Food stamps, SS, did not come through for her right away. She learned about hunger. Humility. He never paid much support for her. In order to get SS disability, she had to work six months. try doing that when you are legally blind, and pregnant. Well, she did it as a waitress and shook like crazy with nerves bad and all. She survived. After years of scrounging and scrimping on her own though. She one day went to work with a friend. They had an accident. She skidded out of the car and slid twenty feet on her back underneath another car. She now is severely disabled. They gave her 900K though. She married well and lives well. PS>I have alot of sisters.
One sister, had multiple abortions and used it like it was birth control. even at 7 months along, she got an abortion. It took her ten years to forgive herself of stupidity. i do think, she has emotional scars and thats why she drinks. Sad. I do not believe that abortion or pills are the right way to go. The right way to go is abstenance and count your self worthy of a good and pure relationship, someday. Some say that is impractical. I disagree. As you read of two different scenerios' You can pretty much reason that it has nothing to do with financing a child, with love it finds its way. The other choices/like my one sister, the effects of those choices follow you around for life. Who would want that, such unhappiness. I tell you there is no greater joy than creating a human being and seeing it through. There is no greater accomplishment then seeing those kids grow up to be productive and give back to you tenfold for all the effort. granted, sometimes its a crap shoot...but its still worth it. I love shooting pool.Last night, my husband and I went out to the Pool Room across from the house. We built it five years ago. I did not intend to learn to play, I thought it was just nonsense. However, boredom got the best of me or his nagging. Now I love the game. My husband used to play pool at the taverns years ago. He loves this game more than anything. Anyway, now he has a hard time beating me if he has a few beers. But most of the time its even steven. I do like it, very challenging and I love surprising myself. So yeah. Its cool.
